EUROPRACTICE partner imec provides access to onsemi technologies. Please, follow these steps:

1 – Sign and return necessary documents

Sign the DKLA (Design Kit Licence Agreement) for the technologies you would like to access.

CMOS technologies:

• ON Semi 0.5µm CMOS EEPROM C5 F/N
• ON Semi 0.35µm CMOS C035U logic and mixed technology
• ON Semi 0.18µm CMOS ONC18

High voltage CMOS technologies:

• ON Semi 0.35µm CMOS C035 I3T80U 80 V technology
• ON Semi 0.35µm CMOS C035 I3T50U 50 V technology
• ON Semi 0.35µm CMOS C035 I3T25U 25 V technology
• ON Semi 0.18µm CMOS ONC18-I4T 45/70V

Send the signed DKLA in PDF format to mpc@imec.be

2 – Download technology files

Upon receipt of the signed documents, imec will create an account on the download platform Querio and open access to it for the Technical Contact, i.e. a person responsible for downloading technology files and managing documents. Note that this person should be a permanent staff member. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact mpc@imec.be.

3- Register and submit your design

• Register your design via Design Registration form and reserve a spot in one of the scheduled runs. To do that, you will receive a user name and a password.
• Submit the design before the deadline mentioned in the corresponding run schedule
